所有病历、检查报告（血液、影像、病理）、出院小结、用药记录建议提前整理并翻译成英文或中文（视医院要求），整理成电子版方便传输。部分医院要求提供原始报告的盖章复印件，请提前确认。 Organize all medical records, test reports (blood tests, imaging, pathology), discharge summaries, and medication records. Translate them into English or Chinese in advance (depending on hospital requirements). Some hospitals require stamped copies of original reports — please confirm in advance.
确认签证与入境要求 Confirm Visa and Entry Requirements
大多数国家的患者需要申请中国医疗签证（M字签证）才能入境就医。我们可协助提供医院邀请函和签证支持材料。请确保护照有效期超过6个月，并提前3-4周开始办理签证。部分国家可申请过境签证或免签政策，请提前查询。 Patients from most countries need to apply for a China Medical Visa (M visa). We can assist with hospital invitation letters and visa support documents. Ensure your passport is valid for more than 6 months and start the visa process 3-4 weeks in advance.
安排好行程与住宿 Plan Your Itinerary and Accommodation
建议在就医日期前1-2天到达，以便倒时差和完成必要准备（如部分检查需空腹）。我们可以协助预订医院附近住宿，优先推荐提供长住公寓或服务式公寓，方便患者和陪同家属生活。部分医院提供国际患者服务中心，可提供接送机服务。 We recommend arriving 1-2 days before your appointment to acclimatize and complete any necessary preparations (some tests require fasting). We can assist booking accommodation near the hospital, prioritizing serviced apartments for patients and families. Some hospitals offer airport transfers.
准备必要的支付方式 Prepare Necessary Payment Methods
大部分医院接受国际信用卡（Visa、MasterCard、American Express）支付医疗费用。建议同时准备适量人民币现金，以防部分小额消费或押金需现金支付。部分医院和支付平台支持微信支付和支付宝（需绑定境外银行卡）。我们建议患者提前了解费用预算，部分服务可能需要提前支付定金。 Most hospitals accept international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). We also recommend preparing some cash in RMB for minor expenses or deposits. Some hospitals and payment platforms support WeChat Pay and Alipay (linked to international bank cards). Please budget accordingly — some services may require a deposit.
了解当地通讯与就医规则 Understand Local Communication and Hospital Rules
建议在入境后购买当地电话卡或开通国际漫游，以便接收医院通知和与陪同人员联络。就医时请携带有效身份证件（护照），部分检查需提前预约，请配合医院的就诊流程。中国医院普遍实行预约制，我们将协助您完成所有预约和报到手续。 We recommend purchasing a local SIM card or enabling international roaming upon arrival for hospital notifications and communication. Bring your passport as a valid ID. Some tests require advance appointments — please follow the hospital’s procedures. China’s hospitals generally operate on an appointment system. We will assist with all scheduling and registration.
回国后持续跟进 Follow-Up After Returning Home
就医结束后，请保留好所有病历资料和检查报告，便于回国后与当地医生对接续治疗方案。如需远程随访，可在回国前与主治医师沟通，安排后续视频随访时间。我们可协助整理完整就医档案，并提供中英文对照版本，方便您的本地医生参考。 After treatment, keep all medical records and test reports for follow-up with your local doctor. If remote follow-up is needed, discuss a video consultation schedule with your doctor before leaving. We can help organize complete medical records in both Chinese and English for your local physician’s reference.
